口腔组织补片在口腔黏膜缺损修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔组织补片(脱细胞异体真皮基质)在口腔黏膜缺损修复中的临床应用价值.方法选择口腔颌面外科口腔黏膜组织缺损患者18例,在缺损创面上采用口腔组织补片修复,并对修复后近期效果及组织病理学进行观察.结果 术后经4～8月随诊,除1例大部分成活外,余口腔黏膜缺损创面完全上皮化,无1例出现排斥反应.术后组织学观察,口腔组织补片处所生成黏膜组织类似于正常粘膜组织.结论口腔组织补片可以作为口腔黏膜缺损的修复替代材料.Objective To investigate the clinical value of utilizing acellular dermal matrix(ADM) as a substitute for intraoral grafting procedures.Methods Eightheen patients with introral mucosal defect were repaired with ADM, The short-term efficacy and pathological observations of tissue biopsies were carried out.Results With 4～8 months follow-up, 17 cases were survived, all defect area were resurfaced well.No obvious immune rejection was found.Oral mucosa of the defect area have similar characteristics to native mucosa.Conclusion Acelluar dermal matrix may be used as a substitute for reconstruction of oral mucosa defects.
