摘　　要：从批判二元对立思维范式的视角指出,女权主义文论半个多世纪以来关于福克纳究竟是厌女主义者,还是同情女性者,甚至亲女权主义者的喋喋纷争,充分表露了其试图以女性/男性的新二元对立来取代男性/女性对立的理论本质。应将福克纳文本置于美国南方神话的历史与文化的双重视域下,进行新的话语整合,从而对福克纳的妇女观形成新认识。This paper begins conceptually with the multiple aspects of feminist debates about Faulkner’s own gendered position and his gender-coded representation of female characters. The either-or evaluation of Faulkner as a misogynist or a gyneolatrist is deeply rooted in feminist dualism-oriented theory. The study of Faulkner’s presentation of women has to move on from the feminist phase and take into account of issues of context, history and conventions in gender studies of Faulknerian womanhood.
