摘　　要：根据新兴技术的含义和特征,重点讨论管理新兴技术时需要重点建立的新思维,包括不断降低高度不确定性、选择灵活的战略、期权思维、新型组织形式、“边缘”思想、新型的赢利模式等。Emerging technology not only influence economic structure and development of industry, but also challenge traditional management thoughts and methods because of their particularity. New thoughts and methods must be applied to the management of emerging technology. This paper focused on the new thoughts on managing emerging technology, including reducing high uncertainty continuously, flexible strategies, thought of real option, emerging organizations, thought of edge, new mode of profit gain.
