摘　　要：加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,最终要落实到是否有实际效果上。我们必须要把握学生思想实情,不断创新工作形式,改进工作方法,营造良好氛围,建设一支强有力的思想政治工作队伍,才能开创大学生思想政治教育工作的新局面。Intensifying and improving ideological education in universities means to have practical result. We have to know well about students' actual moral conditions, adjust their countermeasures to the facts, and build favorable working atmospher e as well as cultivate a group of qualified ideological workers. Only in this wa y can we open up a brand new moral education.
