摘 要:本文应用图像分析技术对50例脑膜瘤细胞DNA含量进行定量分析。并探讨肿瘤细胞DNA含量及干系水平与肿瘤的病理特征及临床预后的关系。结果表明肿瘤细胞的DNA含量明显高于正常,其中异倍体肿瘤占28%。肿瘤细胞DNA含量及干系水平与其组织学类型、瘤体大小及局灶性坏死无明显相关,与肿瘤的良恶性、异常核分裂相的出现及临床预后密切相关,瘤细胞DNA干系水平越高,肿瘤越容易复发。细胞DNA含量的定量分析为脑膜瘤的恶性程度判断及预后估计提供了重要信息。Cellular DNA content was quantitatively measured in 50 meningiomas by means of image analysis technology. The results showed that cellular D NA content of meningioma was obviously higher than that of noumal meninges. In this group 28% tumors were AN tumor. Cellular DNA content and DNA stem line of meningioma were evidently correlated with its malignancy, appearencd of abnormal mitoses, and clinical prognosis. No relations between DNA content and histological subtype, focal recrosh, size of +2 tumor were found. The higher the cellulay DNA stem line, the higher the recurrence of meningioma was. These results support the suggestion that image analysis teohlolgy used in the measurement of cellular DNA content may be of great value in the judgement of nalignance and prediction of recurrence in meningiomas.
