农民合作经济组织内部限制因素与适应性对策研究

摘　　要：针对目前限制农民合作经济组织发展的3个重要因素资金、人力和管理水平缺乏有效供给进行分析。认为农民合作经济组织的发展需要一定的制度空间和合作土壤,只有在政府扶持、制度约束和自我完善等前提下,加强这三方面的有效供给才能使农民合作经济组织在市场竞争中生存和发展。在目前中国市场化进程和社会转型期,通过不断调整内部生产关系并完善内部组织结构,构建适应性农民合作经济组织,以增强其内在的凝聚力和外在的竞争力,减弱外部环境的负面影响。对于现阶段增加农民收入、促进农村可持续发展具有积极推动作用。The paper points out three important factors: capital, labor resource and organization management, which would restrict the development of farmer's economic organization if it has no efficient supply. The paper puts forward that to develop farmers' cooperative organization need the institutional space and cooperative Environment and only strengthen these supplies could survive and develop the cooperative with Government' support, institutional criterion and modified it. China is during market reform and social transformation,we can adjust the relations of production and its organizational structure, conceive adaptable cooperative, strengthen the fabric of itself and competitive outside, lessen the negative effect from the outside environment. It can increase the farmers' income and promote the rural sustainable development by those measures.
