测定α_1型干扰素的ELISA夹心法

摘　　要：应用ELISA夹心法测定rHuIFNα1含量，其灵敏度为1．56ng／ml，批内CV4.2％，批间CV7．8％。应用此方法测定上海生物制品研究所生产的rHuIFNα1（20μg／支）两批含量分别为19．5μg／支及21.9μg／支。A ELISA sandwich method for detection of rHuIFN-α1 content was developed. The sensitivity of the method was 1. 56ng/ml, and the coefficients of variation (CV) of samples in the same and various lots were 4.2% and 7.8%, respectively. The rINFα1contents of 2 lots of samples (manufactured by Shanghal Institute of Biological Products) detected by the method were 19. 5 and 21.9μg/dose, respectively.
