成教脱产学生心理状况的分析及教育对策

摘　　要：成人教育脱产班学生作为普通高校里一个受教育的特殊的群体,由于他们年龄上的差异、生源构成的复杂、入学形式的多样,社会阅历、工作经历、文化基础以及所处的人际关系方面存在着较大的差异,呈现出的心理问题就更具有特殊性、复杂性和多样性,切实加强成人教育脱产班学生的心理健康教育,解决存在的矛盾和问题,有针对性地开展心理健康教育是教育管理者刻不容缓的任务。In recent years, in the campus of colleges, the number of people who have psychological problems increase year by year. Naturally, students who release from work are no exception.Because of their different ages, complicated sources, various learning forms and different social experiences, work experiences, culture foundation as well as interpersonal relationships, the adult students show much more speciality, complexity and variety in their psychological problem. Thus, it is the educational administrators whose urgent task is to strengthen the psychological health education of adult students who release from work temporarily, solve the existing contradictions and problems, and launch the psychological health education pointedly.
