摘 要:利用单积分球技术测定了在He Ne激光漫照射和准直照射下猪肌肉组织的反射率和透射率 ,并分别利用Kubelka Munk理论和InverseAdding doubling方法获得了离体猪肌肉组织的光学特性参数。计算表明 ,两组实验结果与应用漫射理论和MonteCarlo方法的部分结论所获得块状猪肌肉组织的光学特性参数基本一致。这种测量技术也适用于人体组织的光学特性参数测量 ,从而可以为确定激光临床应用中的光剂量提供理论依据。Based on the measurement of diffuse reflectance and transmittance, as well as unscattered transmission of porcine muscle using a single integrating sphere system, the optical properties of porcine muscle in vitro were determined by applied Kubelka-Munk theory and Inverse Adding-doubling method, respectively. It was found that the experimental results were in agreement with our previous study, which obtained the optical parameters of bulk porcine muscle by combined the results from diffusion theory and Monte Carlo simulation. The optical properties of porcine muscle are characterized by low absorption and high scattering, and the absorption and scattering coefficients were 0.04mm -1 and 4.51mm-1, respectively. The scattered light was highly forward as demonstrated by the mean cosine of the scattering angle, and the optical penetration depth for porcine muscle at the wavelength of 632.8nm was about 5.19mm. These methods may also be used to determine the optical properties of biological tissues, which can be hopefully used to decide the dosimetry for laser medical applications.
