摘　　要：目的了解当患者入住ICU接受监护时,其家属应激心理需要,以为患者及其家属提供更好的护理干预。方法选取Molter“急危重病人家庭需要量表”中部分内容,对50例ICU患者直系家属进行测评。结果ICU患者家属最迫切、最关心的是保证患者的安全,了解患者的治疗和预后、护理等与患者生命、利益密切相关的需要。结论ICU护士在救治患者的同时,换位思考家属对救治的期望和需求,及时提供各种反馈信息,帮助家属提高应对能力,促进医护患的合作,发挥家属在患者康复中的作用,避免医疗纠纷的发生。Objective To understand their families' psychological stress demand when patients were monitored in ICU, as so to supply better nursing intervention to patients and their families. Methods 50 lineal relative of ICU patients were assessed by some content selected from Molter “Scale of ICU patients' families”. Results What families of ICU patients were mostly concerned about were patients' safety, understanding on correlative demand such as treatment, prognosis and nursing which related to patients' lives and interests. Conclusion When treating patients, the ICU nurse should consider their families' expectation and demand from their standpoint, help them to improve capability of coping, enhance the doctor-patient cooperation, exert their function in patients' rehabilitation and avoid medical disputes.
