摘  要:选用米糠油、桐油、环氧树脂、氧化铁红合成铁红底漆。研究发现底漆涂膜的力学性能和外观由合成环氧酯的配比、酯化温度以及铁红底漆配比所决定。采用米糠油与桐油进行加成反应,酯化温度为200~220℃时所得铁红环氧底漆外观平整光滑,涂膜粘度85s,实干时间21h,经48h耐盐水性和耐硝基试验,无变化。具有无毒、低温固化、防锈能力强、性能好等特点。Rice bran oil, tung oil, epoxy resin and iron oxide red were used to prepare epoxy priming paint of iron oxide red. Mechanical properties and appearance of the film formed by this paint mainly depend on the addition of epoxy ester and priming paint of iron oxide red, as well as the esterization temperature. Under reaction at 200~220℃, the product with good appearance, viscosity of 85s and drying time of 21h has been acquired. No changes occurred in 48h resistance test in salt solution and in nitryl resistance testing. This product has the features of nontoxicity, lower curing temperature and strong rust-prevention ability.
