摘　　要：通过引入信息交流密度这一变量,采用博弈论的分析方法,建立基于信息交流密度的互补型企业集团模型,对要素互补型企业组建集团模式与独立经营模式进行比较分析,分析其竞争优势,以此作为要数互补型企业组建集团模式的依据。By introducing the density of information communication, based on Game analysis method, the author sets up Game model of complementary type Enterprise Group, and gives comparative analysis of management model of enterprise Group and independence management model of enterprise. At the same time,the author analyzes competitive advantage respectively to provide basis for the foundation of complementary type Enterprise Group.
