摘  要:目的:研究毛瑞香的化学成分。方法:应用色谱技术进行分离和纯化,通过光谱方法鉴定其化学结构。结果:得到16个化合物,鉴定其中的9个,分别为β谷甾醇(Ⅰ),对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(Ⅱ),反式2-丙烯酸3(3,4-二羟基苯基)二十二烷酯(Ⅲ),5,4′二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(即芫花素)(Ⅳ),2,4-二羟基嘧啶(Ⅴ),瑞香素(Ⅵ),双白瑞香素(Ⅶ),5,7,4′-三羟基黄酮-3醇(Ⅷ),β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ为首次从该植物中分得。Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Daphne odora var. atrocaulis . Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified by silica gel column chromatography and the structures were elucidated by the NMR spectra and physico-chemical properties. Result: Sixteen compounds were obtained and nine of them were identified as β-sitosterol, 4-hydroxy ethylbenzoate, (2 E ),-2-propenoic acid,3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-decosylester, genkwanin, 2,4-dihydroxypyrimidine, daphnetin, daphnoretin, 5,7,4′-trihydroxyflavone-3ol, daucosterol. Conclusion: Seven compounds were obtained from D. odora var. atrocaulis . for the first time.
