摘 要:论述了一种新型的物理振动与化学解堵相结合的解堵增产增注工艺。物理振动是利用高压水通过振动管柱对目的层进行突然泄压而产生的振动来造缝、解除堵塞和恢复近井地带地层的渗透率,改善流体的流动状况,从而达到解堵增产增注的目的;化学解堵是在目的层挤入化学药剂来溶蚀、清除堵塞物。该解堵增产增注工艺可用于存在传统酸化无法清除的有机物和无机物堵塞的油、水井的解堵,具有一定的合理性及先进性。该解堵增产增注工艺经在大庆油田南2-4-P24及南2-4-P25井应用表明,这2口井施工顺利,注入量分别从原来的39m3/d和24m3/d恢复到正常的160m3/d和190m3/d,注入量大幅度提高,解堵效果良好,恢复了生产。This paper presents a new plugging relief technology, which integrates physical vibration and chemical plugging relief to stimulate protective formation. The physical vibration means using high pressure water to vibrate pipe string, through which transports the vibration to the target formation, to make fractures at a sudden pressure relief, remove stemming and recover the near-well-bore permeability. Then the formation fluids flowability is improved and the target of stimulation is reached. The chemical plugging relief is to screen some chemicals into the target formation to solute the stemming. This technology is reasonable and advanced when it is used in oil/water wells, which were plugged by organic or inorganic substance could not removed by conventional acid treatment. This technology was applied in Nan2-4-P24 well and Nan2-4-P25 well of Daqing oilfield. Operations in these wells were went on with no problems, the injection rates were increased substantially from the original 39 m3/d and 24 m3/d to the regular rates of 160 m3/d and 190 m3/d respectively.
