摘  要:大斜度井及水平井固井后水槽的形成及微间隙的存在,为油、气、水窜流提供了通道,针对大斜度及水平井固井的特殊性,研制出一套适合大斜度井及水平井固井的整体质量及稳定性好的膨胀型零游离水水泥浆体系,以弥补环形空间封固质量较差的问题。该体系能有效地控制水泥浆的游离水和水泥浆凝结的收缩,使水泥浆具有良好的稳定性能和较强的防气窜能力,是大斜度及水平井固井防气窜效果较好的浆体;同时该体系还具有低失水、流变性能好、水泥石质量均匀和强度高等特点,具有强的实用性和广阔的应用前景。Due to the formation of water tank and the existence of micro-clearance of high angle deviated well and horizontal well after cementing, it provides convenience for the breakthrough of oil, gas and water. According to the particularity of cementing of high angle deviated well and horizontal well, this paper developed a set of swelling slurry with zero-separate water, which is suitable for the cementing of high angle deviated well and horizontal well, in order to make up for the unsatisfied problem of blocking and cementing quality in the annular. The system can effectively control the free water and the shrinkage of the jellification of the slurry, and makes the slurry has better stability and relative strong capability to prevent gas breakthrough, it is a better slurry for the cementing of high angle deviated well and horizontal well to prevent gas breakthrough, in the meantime, the system has many features, such as low water loss, better rheological behavior. The quality of the cement is homogeneous and it has strong strength. It has strong practicability and broad application prospect.
