白内障超声乳化术治疗闭角型青光眼临床分析

摘　　要：目的　初步观察白内障超声乳化、人工晶状体植入术治疗合并白内障的闭角型青光眼的疗效。方法　回顾性分析2 0 0 1年1月至2 0 0 3年5月,35例(42只眼)闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者(其中38只眼为急性闭角型青光眼,4只眼为慢性闭角型青光眼)施行白内障超声乳化、人工晶状体植入术,随访期为1个月至2年。结果　术后眼压均有效控制在1.4 6～2 .2 6kPa (11～17mmHg)范围,不需再用降眼压药物,中央前房深度加深,房角增宽,视力均有不同程度提高。结论　白内障超声乳化吸除、人工晶体植入术可有效的治疗合并白内障的闭角型青光眼。Objective To investigate the effect of phacoe mu lsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens (pc-IOL) implantation in man agement of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods 42 eyes (35 cases) with angle-closure glaucoma a nd cataract,which were performed by phacoemulsification with pc-IOL implantatio n,were studied retrospectively,it including 38 eyes with primary acute angle-cl osure glaucoma,4 eyes with primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma.The follow-u p ranged from 1 months to 2 years. Results The IOP was controlled within 1.46～2.26 kPa(11～ 17 mmHg) after operation,with no need of drug for reducing IOP.Meanwhile anterio r chamber became deeper,anterior chamber angle became wider and visual acuity im proved as well. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intr aocular lens implantation is an effective way in treating angle-closure glaucom a with cataract.
