摘　　要：作者从中西医两个方面对老年性黄斑变性(age-relatedmaculardegeneration,AMD)与精神因素的关系进行了总结。国外多项研究表明精神因素与眼底疾病之间存在关系。抑郁症与AMD是否存在因果关系还不明确,研究抑郁症与AMD的关系将对抑郁的辨证治疗及引入对AMD的治疗将会有新的突破。To summarize the relationship between age-related macular degeneration and spirit factors from two aspects.It had been indicated that there is some connection between spirit factors and retinal disease by researches of foreigners.If there is cause and effect relationship is still not definite,to research it will be a new breakthrough in the syndrome differentiation and treatment.
