高频彩超定位下激光治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价高频彩色超声在激光治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤中的作用。方法:对279例口腔颌面部血管瘤进行Nd:YAG激光治疗,选择其中10例较大的海绵状血管瘤,应用高频彩色超声对其激光治疗前后进行动态监测,并经3～10年随访。结果:治疗前血管瘤呈不均匀、低回声,内有较丰富的血流信号,治疗后回声增强且较均匀,内部血流信号减少或消失。临床治疗总有效率为100.0%。结论:高频彩色超声定位激光治疗儿童面部血管瘤,可明显提高治愈率,是行之有效的方法。Objective:To evaluate the effect of applying high frequency color ultrasound to laser treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas.Method: 279 patients with oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas were treated with Nd:YAG laser and 10 patients who had larger cavernous hemangiomas were selected. The process of 1these 10 patients was supervised with high frequency color ultrasound and we had followed up for 3～10 years.Result: Before treatment, hemangiomas of these 10 patients showed low and inhomogenous echogenicity with blood flow signal; after treatment, the hemangiomas appeared high and homogenous echogenicity with little or no blood flow signal. Total effective rate of clinical treatment is 100%, among them, 72.4% is obviously effective and 27.6% is effective.Conclusion: The applying of high frequency color ultrasound to localization laser treatment of children facial hemangiomas enhanced the clinical cured rate significantly, and was proved effective.
