摘 要:目的:观察还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、卡林-U、内障清对过氧化氢(H2O2)损伤的牛晶状体上皮细胞(BLEC)的保护作用。方法:通过MTT法,观察GSH、卡林-U或内障清与H2O2同时作用以及先加H2O2后再加GSH、卡林-U或内障清后BLEC生长情况。结果:加50μmol/L或125μmol/LH2O2组培养24,48h时吸光值明显低于阴性对照组(P<0.01);同时作用,除加400μmol/L或2mmol/LGSH组吸光值明显高于单加H2O2组外(P<0.05),其余各组与之比较差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05);先后作用,加各浓度GSH、卡林-U或内障清组吸光值与单加H2O2组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:400μmol/L和2mmol/LGSH通过对H2O2的抑制保护BLEC。Objective:To observe whether GSH, Pirenoxine or 'Nei-Zhang-Qing'can protect bovine lens epithelial cell scathed by H2O2. Methods: By the MTT method, the influence on the growth of cultured BLEC was observed when GSH, Pirenoxine or 'Nei-Zhang-Qing'and H2O2 were applied either at the same time or when H2O2 earlier and one cataract drug later. Results: The absorbency of H2O2 groups of 50 μmol/L and 125 μmol/L was significantly lower than that of control at 24 and 48 h (P < 0.01). When one cataract drug and H2O2 were affiliated at the same time, only the absorbency of GSH groups of 400μmol/L and 2 mmol/L was higher than that of single H2O2 groups (P < 0.05). When H2O2 earlier and one cataract drug later, the absorbency of all the three cataract drug groups had no statistical difference from that of single H2O2 groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: GSH 400 μmol/L and 2 mmol/L can protect BLEC by restraining H2O2.
