摘 要:目的观察杏花雨注射液对大鼠血液流变学和血液凝固的影响,以探讨其抗缺血的机制。方法采用血淤模型测定大鼠血液流变学指标、PT、FIB、APTT及血小板聚集率和解聚时间。结果杏花雨注射液14、21mg·kg-1可使血浆粘度、全血粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、血沉方程K值明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。17.5、35和70mg·kg-1可使PT时间明显延长和FIB降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),70mg·kg-1可使APTT缩短(P<0.05)。17.5、35和70mg·kg-1血小板最大聚集率降低和血小板开始解聚的时间缩短(P<0.01),且作用呈剂量依赖性。结论杏花雨注射液对血液流变学指标和血液凝固有明显的影响,可改善血液的高凝状态,对缺血性疾病有一定的预防作用。Aim To observe the effects of Xinghuayu parenteral(XHY) solution on hemodynamics, and try to understand its mechanism of pharmocological effects on hemodynamics. Methods Select normal and blood blot model rat to assay hemodynamic. Results ① Both 14 mg·kg -1 and 21 mg·kg -1 doses of XHY could decrease multiphasic hemodynamics index of rat blood blot model with different efficiency;these indexes included: plasm viscosity (P<0.05), blood viscosity(3 s and 30 s P<0.05, 180 s P<0.01),packed red cell volume (14 mg·kg -1 dose group P<0.05,21 mg·kg -1 dose group P<0.01), erythrocyte aggregation index(P<0.05),erythrocyte rigidity index (14 mg·kg -1 dose group P<0.05,21 mg·kg -1 dose group P<0.01) and K value of erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation. The intensity of XYH was positively correlated with doses. ② XYH could process of blood coagulation. Compared with blank control group, XYH in three different dose groups(17.5,35,70 mg·kg -1 dose) could enlength PT(P<0.05), reduce content of FIB(P<0.05, or P<0.01), and APTT was shortenned slightly in 70 mg·kg -1 dose group(P<0.05). ③ XYH could reduce platelet aggregation significantly, and shorten the time of platelet depolymerization (P<0.01). Conclusion These results indicate that XYH can reduce platelet aggregation, accelerate depolymerization, depress blood viscosity and inhibit thrombosis.
