摘 要:目的:探讨乳腺癌钼靶X线表现与P53癌基因表达之间的关系。材料和方法:将71例乳腺癌X线征象中钙化、毛刺、病变密度、是否同时合并乳腺囊性增生症与经免疫组织化学染色测定P53基因的表达进行对照研究。结果:71例乳腺癌中,钙化4 0例,占56 . 3% ;毛刺征2 3例,占32 .4 % ;病变区表现为高密度38例,占53. 5% ;乳腺癌同时合并乳腺囊性增生症4 6例,占6 4 .8%。P53基因表达阳性4 0例,占56 . 3%。结论:乳腺癌钼靶X线征象在一定程度上反映了P53基因表达状态。Purpose: To investigate the correlation between the molbdemum target mammographic features and P53 gene of breast cancer. Materials and Methods: The mammographic features of 71 patients with breast carcinoma, including calcificatin, spicule, density, breast cysitic hyperplasia accompainied, were studied comparatively with P53 gene stained with immunohistochemical technique. Results: Of 71 cases, the calcification was in 40 cases (56.34%), spicule sign in 23 cases (32.39%), hyperdensity in 38 case (53.52%), and breast cysitic hyperplasia of the breast carcinomas in 46 cases (64.79%). The expsession status of P53 gene was positive in 40 cases (56.3%). Conclusion: The molybdenum target mammographic features of breast cancer can reflect the expression status of P53 gene.
