摘  要:目的:研究茎叶人参皂甙对肺损伤的保护作用,为传统中药应用于肺保护提供实验学数据。方法:实验于2003-12/2004-04在河南科技大学医学院机能学实验室完成。将30只家兔随机分为3组,即正常对照组、肺损伤组、治疗组。正常对照组于实验前15min经腹腔注入茎叶人参皂甙2mL/kg;肺损伤组于实验开始后自中心静脉导管缓慢注入油酸0.12mL/kg;治疗组于实验前24h自腹腔注入茎叶人参皂甙2mL/kg,实验前15min同剂量再重复1次,实验开始后自中心静脉导管注入油酸0.12mL/kg。于给药后60,120min作血气分析,测定动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度、血浆及肺匀浆丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶,观察肺组织病理变化。结果:进入结果分析每组10只,无脱失。①治疗组动脉血氧分压(9.960±1.64)kPa高于肺损伤组(7.600±2.050)kPa,(t=2.84,P<0.05)。治疗组血氧饱和度(93.132±3.018)%显著高于肺损伤组(81.993±8.430)%,(t=3.94,P<0.01)。②治疗组血浆及肺匀浆丙二醛(10.45±2.42)μmol/L,(71.80±8.17)nmol/g明显低于肺损伤组〔(27.67±4.24)μmol/L,(117.00±30.32)nmol/g,(t=11.16,11.35,P<0.01)。③治疗组血浆及肺匀浆SOD(8.95±0.81)μkat/L,(4.19±0.85)nkat/g明显高于肺损伤组(5.92±0.61)μkat/L,(3.10±0.77)nkat/g,(t=9.48,2.99,P<0.01)。AIM: To study the protective effect of stems and leaves of ginsenoside on lung injury. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the functional laboratory of Medical College, Henan University of Science and Technology from December 2003 to April 2004.Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, lung injury group and treatment group.Rabbits in the normal control group received intraperitoneal injection of stems and leaves of ginsenoside (2 mL/kg) 15 minutes before experiment; Rabbits in the lung injury group were injected with oleic acid (0.12 mL/kg) via central venous catheter from the beginning of experiment; Rabbits in the treatment group were treated with intraperitoneal injection of stems and leaves of ginsenoside (2 mL/kg) 24 hours before experiment, which was repeated once again 15 minutes before experiment, and they received injection of oleic acid (0.12 mL/kg) via central venous catheter from the beginning of experiment.Blood gas analysis was performed 60 and 120 minutes after administration, and arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), blood oxygen saturation (SatO2), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) in plasma and lung homogenate were determined, and the pathological changes of lung tissue were observed. RESULTS: Ten rabbits in each group were involved in the analysis of results, and no one lost. ①PaO2 was higher in the treatment group [(9.960 ±1.64) kPa] than in the lung injury group [(7.600±2.050) kPa](t =2.84,P< 0.05).SatO2 in the treatment group [(93.132±3.018)%] was significantly higher than that in the lung injury group [(81.993±8.430)%(t=3.94,P< 0.01).②MDA conents in plasma and lung homogenate were obviously higher in the treatment group [(10.45±2.42) μmol/L, (71.80±8.17) nmol/g] than in the lung injury group [(27.67 ±4.24) μmol/L, (117.00±30.32) nmol/g] (t=11.16,11.35,P< 0.01).The SOD activities in plasma and lung homogenate in the treatment group [(8.95±0.81) μkat/L,(4.19±0.85) nkat/g] were markedly higher than those in the lung injury
