超硬高速钢及普通高速钢丝锥的使用寿命

摘　　要：对超硬高速钢中铝高速钢与普通高速钢的红硬性进行了对比试验,对三种材料的丝锥进行了切削试验研究。结果表明:铝高速钢、钴高速钢丝锥的使用寿命比普通高速钢有较大的提高;对普通高速钢成品丝锥进行深冷处理同样能提高其使用寿命。The red hardness and cuttig properties of aluminium high speed steel, common high speed steel and cobalt high speed steel were investigated and compared. The results indicated that the addition of Al and Co to common high speed steel was able to improve the cutting properties in application to machine taps, Sub-zero treatment can also increase the service life of screw taps.
