浅谈以人为本做好电大普专生思想政治工作

摘　　要：近年来,由于高校连年扩招,各级电大普通专科教育的生源质量连年下滑。随之,电大普专生的思想政治工作问题也日益突出。做好电大普专生思想政治工作必须以理想教育为核心,切实加强和改进思想政治工作的方式方法;以促进就业为归宿,彰显思想政治工作“以人为本”的特色。With the expanding enrollment in institutions of higher education for many years, the quantity of the fulltime students in alllevels TV Universities has been declining. Because of this, the issue of ideological and political task of the fulltime students has gradually become obvious nowadays, so it is vital to stress the ideological education and improve the ways and means of it in order to promote the employment of the students and manifest the features of “humanoriented principles” in the ideological and political task.
