局部用药与激光联合治疗应用于中学生沙眼普治效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价局部用药与激光联合治疗应用于中学生沙眼普治的效果，探讨沙眼治疗的有效方法。方法将某校高一年级1～4班137名学生沙眼患者列为实验组，5～8班132名学生沙眼患者作为对照组。实验组用1％丁卡因对患者上睑结膜、上穹窿部、下睑结膜、下窈窿部及眦部结膜行表面麻醉后，用激光烧灼滤泡及乳头，术后用四环素涂抹，6h后，白天滴10％磺胺醋酰钠眼水，每日4次，夜间抹四环素眼膏。对照组仅给药物治疗。结果实验组1个月治愈率74．45％，3个月治愈率98．54％，复发率6．6％。对照组1个月治愈率51．52％，3个月治愈率73．48％，复发率43．29％。激光治疗沙眼无明显不良反应，安全性好。结论局部用药与激光联合治疗应用于中学生沙眼普治，较单纯局部用药效果好，复发率低，而且安全方便，值得推广。Objective To evaluate treatment effect of high school student's trachoma with local application of medicine combined with laser. Methods 137 trachoma students were selected from class 1, class 2, class 3 and class 4, grade 1 in a high school as experiment group. 132 trachoma students were selected from class5, class6, class7 and class8, grade 1 in the same school as control group. Top palpebral conjunctiva, top fornical, bottom palpebral conjunctiva, bottom fornical and canthus conjunctiva of the students in experiment group were anaesthetized by 1% tetracaine, then the bubble and papilla were burned by laser . After surgical operation, eye lids conjunctiva was smeared over by tetracycline eye ointment. Six hours later, 10% SA-Na was used to the eyes in daytime, four times a day. Tetracycline eye ointment was used to smear over the eyes in night. Only 10% SA-Na was given to the students in control group. Results The cure rate of the students in experiment group was 74.45% after one month. The rate was 98.54% after 3 months. Relapse rate was 6.6%. The rate of the students in control group was 51.52% after one month, 73.48% after 3 months. The relapse rate was 31.8%. No obvious side-effects were observed with laser to treat trachoma. Conclusions The combined therapy was better than single therapy with higher cure rate, lower relapse rate, safe and convenient. It was worthy to recommend.
