摘　　要：目的探讨mdm2基因在小儿肾母细胞瘤中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测24例小儿肾母细胞瘤中的mdm2表达水平,分析mdm2与临床病理因素的关系结果在24例小儿肾母细胞瘤中mdm2的表达水平与淋巴结转移、临床分期及分化程度有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论mdm2基因高表达是小儿肾母细胞瘤转移中重要的分子生物学事件,检测小儿肾母细胞瘤中mdm2的表达情况对评估患儿的预后可能具有重要意义。Objective To study the expression of mdm2 gene in nephroblostoma in children and the relationship between mdm2 gene and clinical pathological parameters,in order to provide basis for tumor's diagnosis and prognosis. Methods The protein expressions of mdm2 in 24 cases of nephroblostoma were detected with S-P immunohistochemical method. The relationships between mdm2 expression and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results The positive rate of mdm2 in 24 cases of nephroblostoma was correlated with lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and tumor differentiation. There was a positive relationship between mdm2 protein expression and clinicopathological parameters,such as lymph node metastasis,clinical staging and degree of differentiation(P<0.05). Conclusions The high expression of mdm2 is an important molecular biological event during metastasis of nephroblostoma. Detecting the expressive level of mdm2 proteins in nephroblostoma may have certain reference value for evaluating the prognosis of the children with nephroblostoma.
