摘　　要：从生产线平衡的基本概念出发,分析了某笔记本电脑的企业生产表面贴片技术SMT生产线作业能力及其平衡状况,针对整条生产线上的瓶颈,提出程序分析的改良措施,降低了其作业时间,从而提升了整条生产线的平衡性。最后指出程序分析法在企业生产流程设计及作业标准化过程中的重要作用。Based on the concept of streamline balance, this paper analyses the production capability and balance status of streamline about the surface mount technology in a notebook personal computer board company, discusses its bottleneck, points out some improvements of program analysis. All these measures play an important role in reducing the job time and enhancing the whole streamline balance. At last, the fact that streamline balance has been one of the most important methods of process design and job standardization is pointed out.
