家兔实验性心包炎前列腺素变化及作用探讨

摘  要:目的了解心包炎时TXA2/PGI2失衡在心肌损害中的作用。方法取22只家兔,随机分为二组,每组各11只,Ⅰ组(观察组)心包腔内注入30%尿素(2ml/kg),Ⅱ组(对照组)注入等量生理盐水作对照,全部实验动物21d处死,测定血浆及心肌TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α水平,并观察心包、心肌病理组织学及超微结构变化。结果Ⅰ组血浆6-Keto-PGF1α先上升后下降,21d时低于术前水平(P<0.05)。血浆TXB2则持续上升,21d维持于高水平(P<0.01)。Ⅰ组心肌TXB2较Ⅱ组显著上升,Ⅰ组心肌6-Keto-PGF1α较Ⅱ组显著下降。结论在心包炎病程及心肌损害过程中,有前列腺素的参与。Objective To study the function of TXA_2/PGI_2 on damages of myocardium in pericarditis. Methods 22 rabbits were divided into 2 groups at random, group 1, 30% urea injected into pericardial cavity and group 2 as a control, 0.9% natrium chloride injected into pericardial cavity. On the 21th day after operation. all the rabbits were killed, and levels of 6-Keto-PGF_1α, TXB_2 in plasma and 6-Keto-PGF_1α, TXB_2 in myocardial tissure were measured, meanwhile pericardial thickness and adhesion were assessed. The myocardial changes of histology hischemistry and ultrastacture were observed. Results It suggested that with deeper pericardtis, value of plasma TXB_2 were elevated more progressively. Value of plasma 6-Keto-PGF_1α was elevated at first and decreased later and had lower level on the 21th day. After that before operation on the 21th day. the levels of myocardial TXB_2 were elevated. The levels of myocardial 6-Keto-PGF_1αdeclined. Conclusion TXA_2/PGI_2 probably play a role in pathophysiology of myocardial injury in pericarditis.
