摘  要:随着我国社会经济的快速发展,特别是建立社会主义市场经济体制和加入WTO后,教育走向了从"知识授予型"向知识"创造型"转变的变革时期。云南师范大学"2+2"人才培养模式弥补了以往那种比较僵化的,市场需求反应慢的培养体系的不足,它灵活机动,既能较及时适应市场对人才素质需求的变化又能满足学生个性化发展的需要,力图实现师范教育向教师教育的转型。With the rapid social and economic development in China, particularly the establishment of socialist market economy system and entry of China into WTO, education has undergone the transference from 'Knowledge Teaching Style' to 'Knowledge Creating Style'. Yunnan Normal University's '2+2'talent cultivation pattern has compensated the shortage in the previous cultivation system featuring being relatively rigid and slow-reacting to market demand. It is flexible and expedient, able both to adapt itself to the changed demand for talent in market and to meet the demand for students' individualizing development, so as to realize the transformation from normal education to teacher education.
