摘　　要：目的:研究蜈蚣、全蝎、地龙中氨基酸分布规律。方法:用氨基酸分析仪测定3种药材中氨基酸含量,并与常见动植物蛋白氨基酸含量进行比较。结果与结论:3种药材蛋白含量均很高,Gly、Ala、Val、Leu、Arg等氨基酸比例较高。3种药材氨基酸分布规律与其药理作用有一定关系。Aim: To study the distribution of amino acids in centipede,whole scorpion,and earthworm.Methods: Amino acid in 3 drugs were detected by using the amino acids analyzer. The content of amino acids were obtained and the association between the amino acid distribution and the pharmacology function was analyzed. Results and Conclusion: The amino acid distribution in the 3 natural animal drugs has associated with their pharmacology function.
