摘　　要：目的:探讨食管癌组织中肺耐药蛋白(LRP)的表达。方法:运用免疫组织化学方法检测49例存档蜡块食管癌组织、46例食管正常组织、32例新鲜食管正常及癌组织LRP蛋白的表达;对其中的32例新鲜标本,运用RTPCR技术检测LRPmRNA的表达。结果:食管癌组织LRP蛋白阳性表达率54.3%(44/81),高于正常组织的35.9%(28/78)(χ2=5.44,P<0.05)。食管癌组织中LRPmRNA的表达水平(0.54±0.05)高于正常组织的(0.39±0.04)(t=2.30,P<0.05)。LRP蛋白及mRNA的表达与食管癌病理特征不相关(P>0.05)。结论:食管癌组织中LRP的高表达可能与食管癌的耐药性有关,该特性可能独立于病理特征之外。Aim: To investigate the expression of lung resistance protein(LRP) in esophageal carcinoma.Methods: The expression of LRP protein was detected by using immunohistochemical staining in 81 cases of esophageal carcinoma tissue. Among them,LRP mRNA expression of 32 cases of fresh specimens were detected by using RT-PCR.Results: The expression of LRP protein was significantly higher in cancer tissue (54.3%) than that in normal tissue (35.9%)(P< 0.05). The expression of LRP mRNA was also higher in cancer tissue(0.54±0.05) than that in normal tissue(0.39± 0.04)(P<0.05).The LRP expression was not associated with its pathological features in esophageal carcinoma.Conclusion: The overexpression of LRP maybe correlate with drug resistance,which might be independent of pathological features.
