摘  要:目的:探讨阿司匹林对急性脑梗死患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)及血小板α颗粒膜蛋白(GMP140)的影响。方法:83例急性脑梗死患者随机分为阿司匹林组(43例)和对照组(40例)。2组均给予常规治疗,阿司匹林组在此基础上服用阿司匹林150mg/d,治疗2周。治疗前后,分别采用硝酸酶还原法和双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定2组血浆NO及GMP140含量,并按照欧洲卒中评分(ESS)标准进行评分。结果:治疗后阿司匹林组血浆NO及GMP140含量均较对照组下降(P<0.01),但ESS分值变化2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿司匹林能降低急性脑梗死患者血浆NO及GMP140的水平。Aim: To investigate the effect of aspirin on plasma levels of nitric oxide(NO) and alpha-granule membrane protein-140(GMP-140) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 83 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the aspirin group (43 cases) and the control group (40 cases). Plasma NO and GMP-140 were determined by using the method of nitrate reductase and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in aspirin group and control group at moment of hospitalization and after two weeks.Results: Plasma NO and GMP-140 of aspirin group after treatment were statistically lower than that of the control(P<0.01), but ESS of the 2 groups had no significant difference after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion: Aspirin can reduce plasma NO and GMP-140 in patients with acute cerebral infarction,thus ameliorate brain injury after ischemia.
