摘 要:对于资源枯竭型矿区来说, 铁路压煤也是资源的浪费。如何可行的解决压煤与开采的矛盾是破产煤矿当前必须面对的问题之一。本文的研究在于力争解决牛心台煤矿溪田线铁路保护煤柱的回收。文章提出采用条带开采方案回收煤柱, 并重点论述分析了开采方法的可行性和采矿地表沉陷对铁路路基的影响。最后指出, 采取井下合理开采方式与地面适当维护措施相结合的方法, 利用条采回收牛心合矿区溪田线铁路保护煤柱是必要的也是可行的。The coal column protecting the railway is also the resource waing in the coal exhaued mining area.And how to solve the problem of the contradiction of coal column waing resource and the laing exploiting of mining area feasibly in the one of the difficulties that the bankrupt coalmines ma face at present.The research of this text lies in riving to solve the recovery of the coal column protecting the Xitian line railway which is ju above the column in Niuxintai coalmine.The article proposes adopting a complexion ripe mining to exploit the coal column,and analyzes especially the feasibility of the mining method.Also the paper analyzes and discusses the impact of the column mining and of the earths surface subsidence after ripes exploited on roadbed.Finally,the article points out that it is not only essential but also feasible to recover the coal column with ripe mining method,which can take the method that it is combining the reasonable exploiting scheme in the pit with the proper maintenance action on roadbed of Xitian railway.
