摘　　要：主要介绍上海迈思科技有限公司开发的板坯库智能管理软件(MSYC)。利用该软件能够完成对轧制计划、入库、出库、倒垛等的管理,并与生产计划系统和加热炉过程机、连铸过程机、轧线过程机、板坯库PLC以及吊车等协同工作,保证工厂的物流顺畅,以最小的库存支持热轧厂生产。在热轧厂的实际运行表明,该软件效果显著。Masic Slab Yard Control (MSYC) software which is developed by Shanghai Masic Science & Technology Co Ltd is introduced.The software can manage rolling schedule,stocking and ex-yard of slab,rearrangment of stack and so on.It can work in coordination with production plan system and heating furnace process computer,continuous casting process computer,rolling line process computer,slab yard PLC,as well as crane system to ensure material flow smooth of factory and to support production of hot rolling factory with minimum stocks.Actual applications in a few hot rolling factories show that this software is effective remarkably.
