摘  要:进入“老龄”期铆接钢桥剩余寿命估算,不仅对大量既有桥梁的安全性至关重要,同时也具有重要的社会和经济意义。本文概要介绍了以下研究内容:旧桥铆接构件疲劳性能的研究,铁路桥梁运营应力谱的测算方法,疲劳裂纹起始和扩展速率的研究。据此,建立了基于疲劳累积损伤的沽算方法和裂纹起始寿命和扩展寿命的估算模型。并对我国各铁路干线上服役了40~70年的铆接钢桥剩余寿命进行了实例分析。The remaining life evaluation of old riveted steel railway bridges is very important toensuring the safety of a large number of existing bridges. And it also has social and ecnomic signific-ance. This paper gives an outline of the following subjects: the investigation of the fatigue propertyriveted component:, the development of the stress spectrum under revenue traffic, crack initiation andpropaga tion tests of ri veted connections. On the basis of the above studies, the ren1ain ing li fe evaluationmethod for old ri veted bridges and the estimati ng modle of crack in itiation life and propagation life atthe rivet hole are created. As a case study, the remain ing lives of riveted bridges which have serve40~70 vears on the main lines of Chinese railwav are analysed.
