摘 要:为ZJ19E卷接机组设计了带Profibus总线接口的4通道温控仪,使温控仪作为一个Profibus-DP从站,实现与ZJ19E机组控制总线系统的连接。4路温控仪由温度信号采集电路、A/D转换电路、中央处理单元、温度控制单元和Profibus通讯单元组成,采用增量型PID控制算法。同时对其通信接口、总线系统的配置及监控界面的设计进行了论述。该温控仪不仅提高了ZJ19E卷接机组温控单元的整体性能,也方便了用户操作和维护。A four-channel temperature controller with profibus interface was designed for ZJ19E cigarette making and tipping machine combination, the temperature controller worked as a Profibus-DP secondary station and connected with ZJ19E control bus system. The controller was comprising of signal collecting circuit, A/D converting circuit, central processing unit, temperature controlling unit and Profibus communicating unit and adopting. Incremental PID control arithmetic. The configuration of communication interface and fieldbus system and the design of monitoring interface were described. The controller comprehensively improved the performance of temperature control unit of ZJ19E, also, it was convenient for user to operate and maintain.
