摘　　要：针对区域中小企业技术创新测度与评价问题,在已建立的区域中小企业技术创新测度与评价指标体系的基础上,结合改进的模糊积分评价方法提出了基于模糊积分的区域中小企业技术创新测度与评价的综合评价方法.通过对5个地区中小企业技术创新状况进行实证分析,得出结论,进而为政府制定相关经济政策以及中小企业采取有效策略提高其自身的技术创新能力提供依据.According to the questions of measurements and evaluation of regional technology innovation in small and medium enterprises, a synthetic evaluation method on regional technology innovation of small and medium based on fuzzy integral is brought forward, which is combined with improving fuzzy integral evaluation method and based on established measurement and evaluation index system of regional technology innovation in small and medium enterprises. In order to provide the basis for government to formulate relevant economy policy and for small and medium enterprises to take effective actions to improve technology innovation capabilities of one's own. we carry through empirical analysis about 5 regions' small and medium enterprises and draw conclusions.
