摘　　要：就我校开展大学生就业与创业教育的必要性进行分析,对开展大学生就业与创业教育的主要途径和方法,开展大学生就业与创业教育需要的保障条件等进行探讨并提出初步的设想。This paper analyzes the necessities of starting a training program on employment-seeking and careering-making among college students in our university, explores the main channels and approaches to carry out the program, and finally puts forward a tentative plan for the execution of the program.
