摘　　要：本文建立的微菌落快速药敏试验,能在4h后出结果,其基本原理和判断标准与K—B法相同。用本法与K—B法分别对药敏质控菌株以及69株沙门氏菌和47株志贺氏菌进行试验,两法结果差异无显著性。This paper described a new rapid microcolony method for testing the antibiotic sensitivity of bacteria. It only needs 4 hr incubation to get the result. The basic principle and estimating the sensitivity of the bacteria of this method are the same as that of K-B method. 3 strains of control organism(E. col i, S. aureus.P. aeruginosa) and 69 strains of Salmonella and 47 strains of Shigella were tested by using microcolony method and K-B method,the results correlate well.
