先天性泪囊炎探通时机的选择

摘　　要：目的探讨先天性泪囊炎探通的时机方法共计1 031例1 066眼,年龄最小15 d,最大8岁按摩、冲洗、加压冲洗无效者行泪道探通术,观察治疗效果,选择探通的时机。结果泪道冲洗、加压泪道冲洗治愈295例310眼(28.61%)。泪道探通一次治愈608例625眼(58.97%),泪道探通二次治愈107例110眼(10.38%),泪道探通三次治愈5例5眼(0.48%),共720例740眼(69.84%)。总治愈率98.44%,好转15例15眼(1.45%),失败1例1眼(0.09%)。结论经按摩、冲洗及加压冲洗泪道效果不好的患者,应及时行泪道探通术。在泪道探通技术熟练的情况下,出生1个月后可行泪道探道术。Purpose To explore the opportunity of opening the congenial dacryocystitis.Methods A total 1 031 patients and 1 066 eyes.The range of age is 15 days to 8 years.When patients did not cured by massaging,flushing, flushing with press they can use owning larerimal passages.Results Two hundred and nine.ty five patients and 310 eyes (28.61 %)cured by flushing or flushing with press.Six hundreds and eight patients and 625 eyes(58.97%)cured by the first owning lacrimal passages.One hundred and seven patients and 110 eyes(10.38%)are cured by the second owning lacrimal passages.Five patients and 5 eyes(0.48%)cured by the third owning lacrimal passages.Add up to 720 patients and 740 eyes(69.84%)The curing rate of is 98.44%,Fifteen patients and 15 eyes turn to good.One patients and 1 eye is fail(0.09%).Conclusion When patients did not cured by massaging,flushing,flushing with press,they can use owning lacrimal passages in time.The boby can use owning lacrimal passages after born one month.When the technique of opening lacrimal passages is skilled.
