甲状腺相关眼病性角膜上皮缺损的治疗新途径

摘　　要：目的评价用离心法制得的角膜胶原膜载释托百士眼液在甲状腺相关眼病性角膜上皮缺损治疗中的疗效。方法采用离心法自制角膜胶原膜,在托百士眼液内浸泡用于治疗甲状腺相关眼病性角膜上皮缺损,疗程10d,观察其疗效,并与美国产的Bio-Cor胶原膜进行比较。结果两组角膜胶原膜疗效相仿,有效率分别为91.30%和95.65%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=6.703,P﹥0.05)。结论离心法制得的角膜胶原膜安全、无毒、经济,完全可以替代美国胶原膜。Objective To evaluate the effect of collagen shield deliv ering TOBREX eye drops made by centrifugal method on treating corneal epithelial defect of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy. Methods Using centrifugal metho d, corneal collagen shield was made. After soaked with TOBREX eye drops,the coll agen shields were used to treat corneal epithelial defect of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy for 10 days, followed by observation of curative effect, using Bi o-Cor made by America as the controls. Results The effective rate of 2 groups of corneal collagen shield was similar, being 91.30% and 95.65%, respectively, without significance between 2 groups(χ2 = 6.703,P﹥0.05). Conclusions Corn eal collagen shield made by centrifugal method is safe, non-toxic, economical, w hich can be used as a substitute for the American corneal collagen shield comple tely.
