现代大学制度发展的若干特点分析

摘　　要：大学制度是影响大学发展的关键。随着世界高等教育进入大众化乃至普及化阶段,大学与社会之间的关系更加密切、复杂、多样。为促进大学基本职能运行,维护大学组织健康发展,各国纷纷构建适合自身地域特色的大学制度体系。综观现代社会中各国大学制度发展的历程,从宏观层面来看,存在着若干特点,即学术自由的恢复和保障;政府宏观调控下的大学自治;市场调节机制作用下的大学办学多样性;大学制度模式移植过程中的借鉴与传承。University system is a key factor influencing the development of a university. With the world higher education arriving at the stage of massification and popularization, the relation between university and society is more compact, complex and diverse. In order to accelerate the circulation of universitys basic function, maintaining the healthy development of university, every country constructs its university system that is appropriate to their territorial characteristic. Making a comprehensive view of its development in every country in modern society, we find out some characteristics at the macroscopic level, such as renewing and safeguarding academic freedom, realizing university autonomy under the macro-control of government, running diversiform universities regulated by market mechanism, referring to and inheriting it after transplanting others' university system.
