摘　　要：目的:谈讨Bio-oss植骨材料在Replaceselect即刻种植的临床应用。方法:拔除患牙,采用Replaceselect种植系统的操作方法,将Replaceselect种植体即刻植入拔牙创,植入Bio -oss骨粉,必要时加盖Bio - gide可吸收胶原膜;1～6个月后,进行II期手术,1周后,完成固定修复。结果:57枚即刻种植的Replaceselect种植体中,上颌36枚,下颌21枚,观察最长20个月,最短6个月,种植体存留率为100%。结论:Bio -oss植骨材料在Replaceselect即刻种植的临床结果是满意的,其长期效果有待进一步的观察。Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcome of the application of Bio-oss material in immediate place-ment of Replace select implants at the fresh extracted sites.Methods:Clean the sockets after teeth extraction,and immediatelyputReplace selectimplants intothe sockets bythe protocol.Bio-oss graftwithBio-gide mem -brane cover is necessary in the cases with bone defects.1to6months later,second stage surgery was done and fixed implant-supported bridge or crown was completed in another1weeks.Results:57implants,36in maxil-la,21in mandibles,were immediately placed into the jaw bones and haved been followed up for6to20months.The survival rate was100%.Conclusion:The short-term clinical results of application of Bio-oss in immediate implantation were satisfactory and the long-term outcome needs more observation.
