摘　　要：将图论中完整度的概念推广到组织网络中用以研究组织系统的核心元素,针对组织系统元素个数、元素间互动关系已知构成的连通组织网络图,在完整数给定的情况下,论证了组织网络图最小完整度的数目,给出了完整度最小组织网络图的边数和结构,即在组织系统给定的条件下,可以按照最小组织网络图的边数和结构来确定组织网络的核心元素.为优化组织结构和核心元素选择提供了理论基础.In order to study the measurement of the central factors in the system,the notion of integrity in graph theory into organization networks is generalized.With the given integrity, and in the light of connective organization networks based on given number of factors in the organization system as well as its relationship,and the number of minimal integrity in the organization networks is demonstrated,gives its line and structure,Namely, under the given organization system, the central factors are identified of organization networks according to the lines structure of minimal integrity system of the network. the theory foundation is presented for central factors choice and organizational structure optimization.
