摘　　要：学分制条件下如何加强班集体建设,本文从重要意义、提高认识、健全制度、班级管理、组织活动、干部作用、创建环境、舆论导向等侧面对班集体意识的形成与培养进行了探讨,兼与同行商榷。Strengthen the class building in school under the credit system. This paper explores the formation and cultivation of the class-collective ideology on its significance, deepening in its understanding, system building, class management, activity organization, function of leadership, environment creation and the direction of public opinions, and it also welcomes comments and different opinions on it.
