人本管理在数字化图书馆中的体现

摘　　要：随着图书馆数字化建设的不断深入,“以人为本”推进了管理理念、组织形式以及服务方式的变革, 成为图书馆数字化建设的有力保证。在图书馆数字化建设中,我们要注意建设与数字化建设配套的图书馆文化,提高组织的柔性化,改善馆员激励,重视读者的作用,将有效实施人本管理的组织体系与构建图书馆数字化体系结合起来,实现人本管理的创新。With the development of the construction of the digital library, human - orientation advanced the reform of management, organization and service, and firmly guaranteed the construction of digital library. In this construction, we must construct the library culture which corresponds to the digital construction, improve the softness of the organization and the encouragement system, and pay attention to the readers. By doing this, we will combine the system of human-oriented management and the construction of digital library effectively and achieve the innovation of human-oriented management.
