新洁尔灭对绿脓杆菌杀灭的研究

摘　　要：试验结果表明，新洁尔灭对绿脓杆菌杀灭作用较弱，抑菌作用较强。对布片载体上的绿脓杆菌，０．１％新洁尔灭的Ｄ值为１．５４分钟，ｎ值为１．７５，Ｑ１０值为１．４７。有机物和水硬度的增加均能影响其杀菌作用。In order to find out the germicidal effect of bromogeramine on Pseudomonasaeruginosa,a systematic experiment was carried out in laboratory.Cloth strips(1.0 ×1.0 cm2)contaminated with P. aeruginosa were used in the experiment.The inactivator used was acompound solution containing 1 % tween 80 and 0.07% lecithin.The resuIts indicated that the efficacy of 0.1%bromogeramine in killing P.aeruginosa on cloth strip increased with increasing contact time and the D10 value was 1.54min. The dilution coefrlcient was l.75 and the temperature coefficient(Q10)was l.47.In exper-iment using calf serum as the representative organic substance,it was shown that thegermicidal efficacv decreased with increasing organic substance in bacterial suspension. Thehigher the hardness of water used in solution,the lower the germicidal efficacy ofbromogeramine. The pH value of the solution at range of 2.88～10.81 had insignificant influ-ence on germicidal efficacv. These results have certain significance for rational use ofbromogeramine.
