摘 要:新洁尔灭为低效消毒剂,对细菌芽胞只有抑制作用,不能杀灭。以枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞为试验菌,测定9种理化因子与新洁尔灭协同杀芽胞的作用。其中,热、微波、甲醛、戊二醛和氢氧化钠等与新洁尔灭有协同杀芽胞作用,而紫外线、乙醇、洗必泰和盐酸与新洁尔灭无明显协同杀芽胞作用。Bromogeramine is a low level disinfectant and can not kill bacterial spores.In order todevelop new methods for killing spores,the synergetic sporicidal effects of combinations ofbromogeramine with 9 physical and chemical agents on spores of Bacillus subtilis var。 nigerwere tested.The results indicated that heat,microwave,formaldehyde,glutaraldehyde andsodium hydroxide killed spores of B,subtilis var.niger synergetically with bromogeramine,while other physical and chemical agents such as ultraviolet rays, ethanol,chlorhexidine andhydrochloric acid had no significant synergetic sporicidal action with bromogeramine and tothe contrary,some of them even had antagonistic effect。The synergetic sporicidal effect of bromogeramine and heat was potentiated with in-creasing temperature and the synergetic sporicidal effect of bromogeramine and microwavewas strengthened with increasing microwave intensity and prolonging the exposure time. Thesynergetic action of bromogeramine and formaldehyde(T/ E value)was strongest with 1.0%formaldehyde among the three concentrations,i.e. 0.5%,1.0% and 2.0% ,and strengthenedwith prolonging the exposure time. 0.2 % and 0.5%glutaraldehyde had synergetic sporicidaleffect with 0.2 % bromogeramine,while the synergetic sporicidal action of 1.0%glutaraldehyde with bromogeramine was insignificant.While combination of sodiumhydroxide and bromogeramine had synergetic sporicidal action,the pH of the mixture de-creased from 10.54 to 8.04 within 24 hours.When the above combinations with synergetic ac-tion are used in sterilization,their sporicidal efficacy remains yet to be improved.
