摘 要:目的观察雌二醇、结合雌激素和雌激素受体调节剂对去卵巢大鼠摄食行为的影响。方法摄食行为应用固定比例1的食物强化训练程序, 2%蔗糖水作糖水偏爱试验。结果雌性SD大鼠行双侧卵巢切除后1月体重较假手术组明显增加,自发活动度减少,摄食行为反应没有差异;再经过雌二醇或雷诺昔芬治疗1月后每小时有效摄食反应率为44±36和131±42,均较手术对照组的209±14明显减少(P<0. 05);结合雌激素治疗组的摄食反应率较手术组没有明显差异;雌二醇和结合雌激素治疗后动物糖水偏爱和消耗增加。结论雌二醇、结合雌激素和雌激素受体调节剂通过不同作用方式调节去卵巢大鼠的摄食奖赏行为。ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of the estradiol, conjugated estrogen and raloxifene on the food intake behavior, locomotor activity and sucrose choice in the ovariectomized rats. MethodsFood pellet delivery was administered under the fixed ratio 1 schedule of reinforcement, and sucrose water preference was used the 2 % sucrose solution. Results The body weight was increased and locomotor activity was decreased, but the responding for food intake was unchanged in the ovariectomized rats on 1 month after surgery. Responding for food on the active nose poke during the 1 hour test was 44±36 or 131±42 after either estradiol or raloxifene treatment for 1 month respectively, which was lower than that of saline treatment in the ovariectomized rats (P<0.05). In contrast, the conjugated estrogen treatment did not change the responding for food intake.Both preference and increasing intake of sucrose solution were observed in the estradiol- and the conjugated estrogen-treated rats.Conclusion The results provide the evidence that estradiol, conjugated estrogen or raloxifene has the different pathway to regulate the primary reinforcement of food taking.
