摘　　要：提出了一种基于网络的动态联盟招投标系统。该系统采用典型的基于B/S模式的3层分布式体系结构。The paper puts forward a network-based bidding system of dynamic enterprise alliance.This system have the architecture of 3-tier B/S mode,and the system rapidly realizes the optimization choice of cooperative enterprises in the dynamic enterprise alliance,which utilizes scoring decision-making model and discriminance.
